These Sansi grow bulbs are a E27 (Edison screw) and is probably one of the most common and used bulb in lamps and it is sometimes referred to as Edison large screw.

The bulb has a 27mm screw cap which is what is fitted into most standard lamps and even ceiling fittings that have the E27 batten holder and is suitable for 220/240V.
